Government RajmohiniDevi Girl's Post Graduate College was established on July 30, 1987. Sinceyear 1987-1988, in our college, Arts subject became a part ofcurriculum operated here. Since 1989-1990,parallel to Arts subject, Science and Home Science Subject have also beeninducted here. This college was initially affiliated from GuruGhashidas University, Bilaspur. At present, it is affiliated to SantGahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, Sarguja, Ambikapur, (C.G.).It is one of the girls’ colleges imparting the education to the tribal girls in Surguja district. On July 14, 2006 This College was namedas Post GraduateCollegeby the Higher Education Department, Chhattisgarh Government. This college is performing its entire activity in its own building near District Telecommunications office Babupara, Ambikapur.
